We are looking for an Administrator (IDS and Special Projects) who can help achieve the organisation goals through support to the impact measurement initiative (2 days a week) and general support to the team (1.5 days a week).

Position: VAC0121 Administrator (IDS and Special Project)
Location: London (hybrid working considered after probation period)
Hours: Part-time, 24.5 hours per week (3.5 days per week)
Salary: £19,891.49 (£28,416.42 FTE) plus travel to work allowance up to £3,800 pa (pro rata)
Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Benefits: Contributory pension scheme; generous travel to work allowance; 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays per annum, café discount.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support the International Development Services (IDS) team in delivering global initiatives on a part time basis.
In this varied and dynamic role, you will provide administrative support including:
- Coordinating events, meetings (virtual and in-person), and travel arrangements
- Managing budgets, processing invoices, and tracking spending
- Maintaining databases, SharePoint libraries, and internal communications
- Liaising with international stakeholders across our global network
You will also support general team functions, such as coordinating social media updates, minute-taking, assisting with project documentation, and helping manage communications with international partners.

The successful candidate will be:
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive
- Comfortable working across multiple tasks in a multicultural environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint)
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Committed to the values and mission of the organisation
