About the role

Do you enjoy helping people build their confidence, explore their interests and become more independent? Join a supportive community project where your approach and values can make a real difference.

You will support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and additional complex needs, helping them enjoy safe, fulfilling lives shaped by their own wishes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Encouraging independence, wellbeing and dignity.
