Gloucestershire Community Rail Partnership Steering Group Chair

Gloucestershire Community Rail Partnership (GCRP) webpage

Help guide the strategic direction of a grassroots organisation improving access to sustainable travel and transport across Gloucestershire.

Our vision

A connected region where public transport is the first choice for all. Confident users enjoy sustainable, connected bus and rail travel that strengthens and unites local communities

Our mission

We increase public transport use by bridging the gap between communities and decision-makers, amplifying local voices, driving research-led initiatives and influencing policy to create an equitable, place-based system that truly serves community needs.

Our values

Bold and brave: Curious, trying out new things, determined to break down barriers, forward thinking and innovative.

Integrity: Professional, always led by research, insight and community voice, trusted, open and transparent.

Equitable: Focus is on those people who do not use public transport, listening to them and breaking down barriers.

Community-centred: Placing community voices at the heart of our work, ensuring local perspectives drive change, with a compassionate and understanding approach to engagement.
