Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow valuable business relationships and help rainforest communities protect nature and their futures.

Position: Corporate Partnerships Manager
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Location: Remote within the UK, with occasional travel for partner meetings and events. Optional access to offices in Cornwall or London
Hours: Full time, with flexible working requests considered. Weekly hours to be confirmed
Contract: Permanent
Closing date: 27th October 2026

About the role

As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will take ownership of an established portfolio worth around £1 million annually, including relationships with global brands.

This is an opportunity to combine commercial thinking with meaningful environmental impact. You will deepen existing relationships, secure renewals and develop opportunities to increase income, helping put more resources into the hands of communities protecting rainforest.

Working alongside the Senior Manager, you will have the autonomy to shape account plans, negotiate multi-year commitments and develop partnerships with potential for significant growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of corporate partners.
  • Developing account plans and leading renewal, negotiation and growth conversations.
  • Managing income and expenditure budgets, forecasting income and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers and understanding partners’ commercial and social objectives.
  • Coordinating employee engagement, fundraising activities, communications and impact reporting.
  • Assessing ethical fit and reputational risks across partnerships.
  • Line managing and developing a Partnerships Officer/Executive.

  • Working with colleagues across fundraising, programmes and communications to deliver successful partnerships.

About you

You will bring experience of managing corporate partnerships, client accounts or comparable commercial relationships, with clear evidence of retaining relationships and growing income.

Your background could be in charity fundraising, commercial account management, CSR, sales or business development.

You will have:

  • Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing partnership plans, proposals and pitches.
  • Confidence managing budgets, forecasting income and using CRM systems.
  • The ability to balance competing priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Sound judgement around ethical partnerships and reputational risk.
  • A commitment to climate, nature and the rights of rainforest communities.

Previous line management experience is welcome, but readiness to take on this responsibility is sufficient. You must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake occasional UK travel.

About the organisation

This international environmental charity backs Indigenous peoples and local communities who protect rainforest, putting money and decision-making power directly into their hands.

With a new five-year strategy, the organisation is focused on growing sustainable income and increasing its support for rainforest communities. You will join a close, collaborative team where your contribution is visible.

Applications are welcomed from people of all backgrounds. Reasonable adjustments are available throughout recruitment, and offers are subject to satisfactory references and appropriate screening checks.

Other roles you may have experience of could include Corporate Partnerships Account Manager, Corporate Fundraising Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, Key Account Manager, Relationship Manager, CSR Partnerships Manager or Business Development Manager. #INDNFP
