Female Care Support Worker

We are seeking a kind and reliable Female Care Support Worker to provide high quality, person centred support to adults with learning disabilities.

Position: Female Care Support Worker
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Location: Manningtree, Essex
Hours: Full time, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Ongoing

About the role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within a residential or supported living setting. You will provide personal care and practical support while building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing.

This role involves close personal care and, due to the nature of the support required, there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with mobility and daily living activities
  • Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
  • Administering medication in line with guidance
  • Supporting individuals to take part in activities and daily routines
  • Maintaining accurate digital records
  • Promoting independence, safety and wellbeing at all times

Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
