Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000
 

Are you a strategic, relationship-driven fundraiser ready to make a real impact? We are excited to be recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a highly respected national charity, seeking an exceptional Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy to drive forward their ambitious growth plans.

In this pivotal role, you will lead income generation from corporate foundations, charitable trusts, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and industry partners. You’ll build on an existing strong network of commercial relationships, identify new opportunities for growth, and develop strategic partnerships that align with partners’ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives.

You will also promote the charity’s employee assistance programme (EAP) offering to partners, helping to deliver key income targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and secure high-value partnerships with corporates, trusts and foundations

• Inspire and engage industry partners to align their strategic goals with the charity’s mission.

• Lead strategic initiatives that maximise income and impact.

• Promote the charity’s EAP offering to potential partners.

• Achieve income objectives aligned to the charity’s vision

About You:

• A proven track record of securing significant income through partnerships and philanthropy.

• Outstanding relationship management and communication skills.

• A strategic, innovative thinker with the drive to identify and seize new opportunities.

• Experience in managing and developing income streams across multiple audiences.
