This is your chance to be part of a newly formed, forward-thinking team delivering transformative support across four new supported housing projects.
Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)

Salary: £27,054-£29,357pa approx.

About the Job:
As an Intensive Support Project Worker, you’ll be at the heart of a therapeutic, recovery-informed housing environment. You’ll support people with multiple, interlocking needs including mental health issues, substance use, and experiences of homelessness helping them to build stability and work towards independent living. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred, psychologically-informed support to residents.
Develop personalised recovery and support plans in collaboration with service users.
Assist individuals to manage their mental and physical health, substance use, and wellbeing.
Promote life skills and independence: cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and tenancy management.
Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, addiction services, GPs and housing providers.
Support the delivery of evening and weekend services across projects (rota basis).
Uphold health & safety standards and ensure compliance across all properties.
Maintain accurate records and input into the In-Form database for monitoring and evaluation.
About you:
You’re a compassionate, resilient, and resourceful individual who thrives in a people-focused environment.
You understand the importance of empathy and empowerment, and you’re committed to upholding dignity, respect and inclusion for everyone.
Essential:
Experience working with people facing complex challenges (not necessarily in housing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A calm, confident, and sensitive approach to support.
Flexible and willing to work evenings/weekends on a rota.
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults), Housing, IAG or similar.
Experience with recovery based or trauma-informed support.
Understanding of homelessness, safeguarding and housing rights.
Full UK Driving Licence.
