We are looking for a qualified Registered Manager on a temporary, interim, fixed term basis, to run, oversea and develop our Care Service within the community.
Our Business is going through a period of rapid growth and we have a role for a person who wants to be at the centre of our exciting plans.
The role will not be permanent as the main focus will be the development of the Deputy Manager who is currently on a Development Plan for the Registered Manager role.
Your role will be to work closely and alongside the Deputy, sharing your knowledge and expertise, and helping our Deputy gain the confidence, competence, and technical ability to take over as Registered Manager in 2026.
The temporary role will be for a period of 3-6 months, so you must be able to commit to a working on a full-time basis (37 hours a week) between November and April 2026.

What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Registered Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership in domiciliary care settings
- A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring others
- Strong operational and compliance knowledge
- Availability to work full-time between November and April 2026
