Help turn philanthropic ambition into lasting support for rainforest protection.
Joining an international environmental charity at the start of a new five-year strategy, you will grow major donor income by building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and philanthropic supporters across the UK, US and internationally.
You will manage a portfolio of existing donors and new prospects, taking ownership of the full donor journey, from identifying opportunities and arranging introductions to making significant asks and providing personalised stewardship.

- Working with colleagues, senior leaders and trustees to strengthen donor relationships.
- Managing due diligence, accurate CRM records, income forecasts and progress against targets.
This is an opportunity to shape a growing major giving programme and secure the long-term funding that helps communities protect rainforest on their own terms.

- Strong writing skills and the ability to produce persuasive, tailored proposals.
- Experience of managing donor portfolios, pipelines and income forecasts.
- Sound ethical judgement when researching donors and handling sensitive relationships.
- The ability to collaborate across teams and involve senior stakeholders in fundraising.
Above all, you will respect the leadership of Indigenous peoples and local communities and share a commitment to protecting rainforest. Experience with US or international donors would be welcome.
