We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team!

Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Olney/hybrid

Salary: £30k pro rata

Hours: Part-time (potential for some home working)

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in driving our online presence and customer engagement. Your main responsibilities will revolve around planning, creating, and analysing digital email marketing campaigns and managing our social media channels. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure our brand voice is consistent and our messaging is impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns that drive conversion and retention.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook etc)
• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for emails, social media posts and digital content.
• Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, mailing software or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to align messaging and campaign objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity as we are about to launch two new additional brands, giving you a real creative output and the chance to work on these projects from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing, especially email marketing and social media management.
• Strong and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailing systems, Canva and scheduling platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• A creative eye and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
