Marketing & Communications Officer

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Officer to lead multi channel communications, create engaging content and support growth across the care sector.

Position: Marketing & Communications Officer
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
Location: Norwich, Norfolk (Hybrid, approx. 2 days in the office)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, subject to funding
Closing Date: 17 April 2026 at 9:00am

This is a key role responsible for shaping communications, growing engagement and delivering events. You will take ownership of marketing activity, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and impactful across a range of audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading communications across email, social media and website channels
• Creating engaging content including updates, campaigns and sector communications
• Supporting membership growth and sponsorship opportunities
• Planning and delivering events, both online and in person
• Using data and analytics to monitor performance and improve reach and engagement
• Working with stakeholders across the sector to ensure effective communication

You will be a confident communicator with a strong eye for content and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

You will have:

• Experience in marketing, communications or content focused roles
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Experience using data or analytics to improve performance
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience across digital channels including social media and email
