Position: Interim Marketing Consultant
Contract: 3 month fixed-term contract, with possibility of extension
Location: Fully remote or hybrid, Olney Buckinghamshire
Salary: Circa £50-£55k per annum pro rata+
Hours: Part-time, 20 – 24 hours per week (negotiable)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-level Interim Marketing Consultant to create and take ownership of our marketing strategy, content, and digital presence for the next three months.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial objectives.
- Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns (B2B) across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Creating and overseeing compelling content to engage and attract clients and candidates.
- Driving business development by supporting revenue-generating activities through targeted marketing.
- Providing data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Advising on marketing automation and CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and engagement.
About You
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional who can hit the ground running. You should have:
- Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and strategic planning.
- A track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns in B2B markets.
- Strong skills in email marketing, and social media management.
- Experience in brand management and the ability to create engaging marketing materials.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives.
- Experience working in the recruitment, not-for-profit, or social care sectors (preferred).
