Night Support Worker

We’re looking for a dedicated Night Support Worker to join us in delivering our vision:

• Role: Night Support Worker
• Location: Sherbourne
• Contract: Full-Time/Part time
• Salary: £13.05 to £13.37

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care and support to people with learning disabilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing as outlined in personalised care plans.
• Conduct health and safety checks, complete documentation accurately, and address any incidents or emergencies promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, undertake designated tasks, and communicate effectively with team members.

About You:

You are compassionate, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to remain alert during night shifts. Experience in social care is desirable, alongside good communication skills and a positive attitude. A willingness to develop skills and engage in continuous professional development is essential.
