We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Office and Finance Manager to lead on daily operations and core business functions.

Salary: £33,366 to £35,235 (NJC Pay Scale, points 23–25)
Location: Bristol
Hours: 37 hours per week, full-time
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As Office and Finance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation. You’ll oversee office administration, finance, HR, IT and facilities, helping to create a welcoming and well-functioning environment for both staff and clients.
You’ll manage and support the Admin and Finance Assistant, delegate day-to-day tasks, and form part of the management team, contributing to the delivery of organisational priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Overseeing finance administration and working with external finance support
- Supervising reception and ensuring a warm, safe and professional front-of-house service
- Supporting HR, IT and facilities functions
- Line managing the Admin and Finance Assistant
- Implementing and improving internal systems and procedures
- Supporting staff with day-to-day operational needs
About You
We’re looking for someone proactive, empathetic and highly organised. You’ll have a background in office administration and finance, and be confident managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in office or business administration
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Financial administration experience
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, approachable manner
- Ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Confidence using IT systems and improving office processes
- A collaborative and supportive working style

The charity supports people living with or affected by HIV in Bristol and the surrounding areas. They provide a wide range of services including advice, peer support, mentoring, advocacy, campaigning and sexual health outreach.
