About the Job:
We are recruiting for a Property Coordinator to join a reputable organisation supporting vulnerable individuals across Southend-on-sea. This hands-on role involves carrying out scheduled property inspections, compliance testing (including PAT, fire safety, and Legionella), light repairs, and facilities support across a portfolio of owned and leased buildings, including transitional housing and community centres.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
Test and record findings for fire alarms, CO detectors, lighting, and water systems
Perform minor reactive and planned maintenance works
Support the property team with asbestos monitoring and compliance
Deliver excellent service and maintain health & safety standards
Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-out rota (additional pay provided)
About you:
Knowledge of building maintenance and facilities
Strong observation, communication, and IT skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
Relevant training provided, including PAT testing and Legionella awareness
