Recruitment Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator with recruitment or resourcing experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment where organisation and attention to detail really matter?

We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative team.

From animal charities to organisations supporting cancer research, you’ll be helping purpose-led organisations attract the people they need to make a real difference.

Position: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Olney / Hybrid (2 days working from home per week)

Salary: £27,000 pro rata

Hours: Full time (part-time hours over 5 days considered)

We recruit exclusively for organisations within the challenging and rewarding Not-For-Profit sector. We’re passionate about supporting charities and organisations that create positive change and to do that, we need exceptional people behind the scenes helping everything run efficiently.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping recruitment processes running smoothly while delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates. As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and people, and who takes pride in delivering accurate, organised and high-quality administrative support.

Key duties include:

  • Working across multiple recruitment campaigns, supporting the recruitment admin process
  • Using ATS systems, CRM platforms, job boards and internal processes, to administrate recruitment activity
  • Maintain accurate data and support the wider team with key operational tasks

With exciting projects and process improvements underway, there will also be opportunities to contribute ideas, improve ways of working and continue developing your own skills and experience.

This is an important role within the business where you’ll gain exposure to wider operations, be trusted with responsibility and supported by approachable, collaborative leadership.

About You

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and detail-focused who enjoys helping people and keeping processes running efficiently.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment and can manage multiple priorities calmly and accurately. Confidence using recruitment systems, CRM’s and databases is essential, as is taking pride in delivering high standards of work. You will need to be able to communicate professionally and build strong working relationships in the sector.

Skills and experience should include:

  • Previous administration experience within recruitment, resourcing or HR
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to follow and improve processes with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, team-focused approach and willingness to support others

You don’t need previous charity sector experience, but you should genuinely care about the organisations we support and the impact they make.
