We are recruiting a dedicated Specialist Project Worker to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support within a psychologically informed environment (PIE). You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team helping women rebuild their lives and move towards independence.

- 37.5 hours per week (Will include providing evening and weekend cover across all sites in accordance with the work rota.)
About the job:
- Deliver tailored, one-to-one support for residents with multiple disadvantages
- Co-produce activities and interventions with a focus on recovery and empowerment
- Provide intensive housing management and life skills coaching
- Maintain accurate support plans, risk assessments, and records
- Act as an advocate, linking residents to key health, housing, and support services
- Work collaboratively with partners through multi-agency models
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience supporting people with complex needs
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-focused practice
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Passion for person-centred, anti-oppressive support
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Housing or equivalent (desirable)
