We are seeking a dynamic and confident Corporate Partnerships Manager to help drive vital income through new and existing business relationships.

Salary: £35,909 per annum
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)

About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference and building meaningful partnerships? Join this Charity as their Corporate Partnerships Manager and play a key role in securing funding to support people experiencing homelessness in South Essex

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on identifying and developing new business opportunities with local and regional corporate partners. Working closely with their Corporate Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator, you’ll manage the full pipeline from prospecting to onboarding and stewardship, delivering high-impact, long-term support for this charities work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and securing new corporate partners through research, networking, and tailored proposals.

• Developing compelling pitches and sponsorship packages to secure Charity of the Year, commercial collaborations, and other support.

• Representing the Charity at business events and within the local business community.

• Working collaboratively to ensure smooth handovers, excellent partner stewardship and delivery of engagement opportunities.

• Supporting the creation of corporate fundraising materials and reports.

About You

You will be a confident communicator with a flair for building relationships and spotting opportunities. You’ll have experience in corporate fundraising, business development or B2B sales, and be comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proactive and self-motivated with strong networking skills.

• Skilled in creating tailored pitches and proposals.

• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.

• Experienced in relationship management and collaboration.

Experience in the charity sector and knowledge of the South Essex business community would be an advantage, but not essential.
